D.I.Y Consultations
Some of our clients have lovely furniture and decor and may just need a fresh set of eyes to go over their home to ensure it is optimised for potential buyers.
The D.I.Y Consultation gives you just that with one of our Lead Stylists for only $280.
You will have a consultation with one of our Lead Stylists who will go on a tour of your house with you and give you advice on what to do and how to do it for each room!
You will also receive a full written report for every room detailing what to do and move to where and how to set your home up for a successful sale.
Pre-Sale Preparation
Do you think giving your property a facelift for sale might be a good idea?
If you have lived in your home for a few years and are thinking of selling, now may be a good time to freshen up your property before you put it on the market.
At Allure we are very conscious of our clients not over capitalising when preparing their home for a successful sale. Our experienced designers will work with you to identify the key areas of your home that need work so that your potential buyers have less objections to your property come negotiations, enabling you to achieve the highest possible sale price.
We will then work with you on your pre-sale preparation to highlight yours home's greatest features - ensuring that your home transformation is achieved on time and within budget.
Our Pre-Sale Preparation Consultations are $280 and include organising and coordinating initial quotations with our tired and tested qualified, licensed and insured trades to help you get started.
