We start with a 1 hour consultation on site to identify what is required to help you make the most profit at sale time. Our goal is for you to make as much profit at sale as possible through this process. We will then provide you with a list of suggestions as to what needs to be done and suggested Known and Trusted trades for you to use. If you don't have the time to organise the trades, our Interior Designers will work with our trusted, qualified trades to work within your budget to help you achieve a fantastic outcome and get the highest possible sale result.
